I received this lovely postcard yesterday from Peg and Bun-Bun, at Penny's From Heaven. She says that "Yes, this is what Iowa looks like. Lots of cornfields and wide open spaces, and lots of farm houses." I have been reading the Little House on the Praire books recently, and I guess this is what I expected the countryside to look like in that era. It looks beautiful. Thank you Peg for your card.
